If there are stains which you are not able to remove using a damp cloth, use a soft bristled brush soaked in a mild pH neutral soap and rinse off using cold water. Please note that using the brush could lead to piling which will not be covered under warranty. 4. Allow to air dry thoroughly before storing in a shaded area 5. Store away from the sun & other heat sources 6. Dry-cleaning or machine washing or using a clothes dryers or hand/dhobi washing or soaking will void the warranty as this will damage the special coatings that the fabric has. 7. Do not alter the product or get it repaired at an unauthorized repair Centre as this will void the warranty. 8. When you are storing the bag, please do not fold, or roll or otherwise stuff the item into a smaller space/container as this will damage the coating and void the warranty. Warranty & Repairs Warranty We provide a 12 months warranty against defects in materials or craftsmanship if purchased directly from us or from an authorized dealer. Lifetime repair support Fabrics fade, zippers get stuck, plastic fittings break, prints wear out – a few things that could happen with usage. All orders over £150.00 qualify for free delivery, orders £149.99 and under have a £2.99 shipping charge. All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail and we are only able to deliver to the UK mainland.

Items, excluding pre-owned Rolex (which have a separate returns policy below), purchased through our website may be returned to us in unused, saleable condition with original box and receipt within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please note you are responsible for the item arriving back with us safely and in the condition you received it in. We recommend sending to us via Royal Mail Special Delivery, insured to the value of the item.
Items which have been created for you as a special order are non-refundable, however, should the item not quite be what you were hoping for, we are happy to offer an exchange equal or above the value of the goods purchased.
If you wish to return a pre-owned Rolex watch purchased via our website for a refund, we require the watch and all associated items, such as the box and papers, to be in the exact same condition as when the watch left the store. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, but deductions may be made if the watch has been worn, damaged, or tampered with. The buyer is also responsible for the cost of returning the watch to us securely.
