Mamou’s legend is a fun one because it’s centered around the celebration of Mardi Gras and “The Chicken Run” that the men of Mamou put on every Fat Tuesday. Ultimately the unlucky chicken winds up butchered and in a pot of homemade Gumbo but not until his chef has visited several houses and collected the other ingredients from Mardi Gras revelers. This is the spirit of my Chicken Mamou Rub, it’s a Bright, Zesty, Fun seasoning blend that’s not going to ever be a salt & cayenne pepper fest. It’s a blend of Lemon, Peppers and Herbs that has one 1st Prize Trophies in Barbecue Chicken Cookoffs. This original recipe was then perfected for your kitchen and grill with 2 years of additional tweaking. Our family loves Chicken Mamou and knows that yours will too! All orders over £150.00 qualify for free delivery, orders £149.99 and under have a £2.99 shipping charge. All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail and we are only able to deliver to the UK mainland.

If you require an item for a specific date, please contact us and we will be very happy to try and accommodate special requests.

Items, excluding pre-owned Rolex (which have a separate returns policy below), purchased through our website may be returned to us in unused, saleable condition with original box and receipt within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please note you are responsible for the item arriving back with us safely and in the condition you received it in. We recommend sending to us via Royal Mail Special Delivery, insured to the value of the item.

Items which have been created for you as a special order are non-refundable, however, should the item not quite be what you were hoping for, we are happy to offer an exchange equal or above the value of the goods purchased.

If you wish to return a pre-owned Rolex watch purchased via our website for a refund, we require the watch and all associated items, such as the box and papers, to be in the exact same condition as when the watch left the store. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, but deductions may be made if the watch has been worn, damaged, or tampered with. The buyer is also responsible for the cost of returning the watch to us securely.
