Description Dormans Decaf offers the same rich flavor and aroma as our regular blends, but without the caffeine. The caffeine is removed by a water-based decaffeination process that is 100% chemical-free. This method preserves the flavor profile of the coffee. To remove the caffeine, the beans are exposed to steam, soaked in water, carbon-filtered, and then dried. The CO2 used in the process is sourced from natural springs.
